Just thinking about how crap our transfer window has been and top players wanting to leave.
Then thinking about what the other clubs have achieved so far over the summer, have they really been that much better?
Spurs - Lost Kyle Walker, brought in no one and then possibly losing Rose.
Arsenal - Lacazette will be a good signing but possibly losing on Sanchez, Ozil, Ox ..at the very least each seem firmly committed to leaving for free, that's at least 100-120 mil in transfers they won't get back next season
Chelsea - Brought in Rudiger, Bakayoko and Morata (who looked good on the weekend) - Lost Matic. Issues around Costa but it doesn't look like they really care.
Man City - Brought in loooads of players already Mendy, Walker, Silva, Ederson, Danilo... they look to have addressed a number of the spots Pep wanted sorting.
United - Matic and Lukaku will definately help and Linderlof was expensive (never seen him play) Lost Rooney and Ibra and that bit of experience. They have strengthened but were pretty poor last season.
I'd say we are in a better position that Spurs and Arsenal at the moment but quite far behind the others.
