The negative is that we had zero impetuous apart from Suarez (who as usual made some great chances all on his own, only to fuck it up with shit shooting) and Johnson.
Gerrard was beyond poor, Downing did fuck all apart from one cross, Borini was pretty ordinary.
Allen has a great passing game, but with the rest of the players doing fuck all in the final third in terms of passing, we could have done with him trying some bold passes there.
It was shite today, but the fact that you could see the manager's blueprint on the pitch at least gives me some optimism for this season once the players gel a little more under this system.
