I'd remove the question-mark from the thread title, Wizzy. IMO there's absolutely no question about it. They know, Klopp knows (he's been saying very similar things the last couple of summers) and, given the fact that they were prepared to bankroll our attempt to gazump the Chavs over Caicedo, even the owners now seem to know we need more. Whether we'll now manage to bring in the right quality before September, I'm a lot less sure. 🙁
