Tickets for the upcoming season

Hi All,

I'm back available to actually travel up to Liverpool for home games now after a season or two of rowing had killed my weekends. Just wondering whether anyone can give me a quick run down on any changes that have been made to the ticket process? The last time I bought tickets it was on a fancard but I've heard that they are no longer in use and that newer membership cards are required?

What I can gather from the official website is that they are selling all tickets for the first half of the season on the 12th July... Can that be right? The ticket office was almost over run every time they put just one game on sale a couple of seasons ago, have they really made it capable to take the volume of people who will be trying to get to those 10 games?!
