United have had unrivalled success in signings this summer
Bailly : no fucking clue who he was but fuck me he looks solid
Mkhitaryan : whether starting or on the bench, he's goals and assists all day
Ibra: brilliant player. Not a work horse but he is the fulcrum of any attack
Pogba : centre mid sorted for over a decade. And he's boss. Double fuck
There's probably others they bought but fuck me. They would stroll in to any side in the world. That right there is a spine

Outside of the Premiership i believe Juventus, Napoli & Barcelona had very good windows. Both Juve and Napoli seem to have reinvested the money from selling Pogba & Higuain very intelligently and Barcelona have added some very good players to add depth to their. It is pretty difficult to improve on their first 11 especially in midfield and forward areas.
The ultimate malcontent.
Biggest winners are Chelsea and United, from finishing where they did last season to title contenders this season.
Biggest losers are the Merseyside clubs and have been for quite some time, Terrible window for Sunderland and Swansea.
Hats off to Arsenal too, signing some big names and not selling any key players.

I would say United have probably done the best business.
90m on Pogba is silly money but they got Zlatan for free and lets face it hes a 40m striker minimum so they overpaid in one area and got a touch elsewhere. If you average their spending over the 4 signings its probably a very good spend.
City did ok. So did Arsenal and Chelsea.
Leicester showed some balls and bought potentially very well.
Spurs and us did some good business but probably didnt assess some key areas we needed strength in.
Everton same.
West Ham have had a shocker and they will be the ones from the top 6 battle to struggle.
