U17 world cup (Raheem vs the world)

Englands central midfield is absolute shite... no distribution to the wings whatsoever.

The central defenders and wingers are doing most of the passing.

I thought they were dead good.

Mind you I'm used to watching Lucas

I mean sure they're strong and they're good ball winners. But their attacking threat is a bit suspect. Especially since England are playing one lone striker and three central midfielders.

Seriously their central midfielders are holding on to the ball for too long, sure the pitch is shite, but their passing and movement has been quite average to say the least.
The manager needs to sort it out.

Raheem needs to step it up, sure he got the goal but he was quite anonymous before that.

Brad Smith has been OK.

My MOM so far is defo Chalobah, towering defender.

I thought it was ace. /easily pleased.

That number 8 who thinks he's Lampard wants to stop wellying it into row Z.

Well that's it for Sterling. A tired Sterling is subbed and on comes Adam Morgan.

I wouldve bet my car on that last lad just battering the ball, but that was a lovely penalty.

Morgans was also very good

Morgan and Sterling - They sound like solicitors but they're most defo the future of this club.

Fantastic talents.

Arent you forgetting Raheem...

(Just had to do it)

Anyway we have a couple of 18 year old's as well. I have high hopes for Suso. Even Raheem thinks he's the best player in the youth teams.
Just consider that Suso still is old enough to play for the youth team that is the U18s but he played with the reserves last season, with and against players who are mostly 2-3 years older than him.
Suso and Sterling for now. I really rate Morgo but those two lads are in a league of their own right now.

Don't forget Robbo and Flanno
[/quote]

Oh yeah. I'm so focused on attack right now, but you're right especially about Robbo who seems to be the bigger prospect. Still only 17 mind you and will probably play in the U17 FA youth cup next season along with Raheem and Suso (They're still within the age requirement). We should win the comp comfortably next season.

That's funny - watch after the winning penalty - the England players rushing to clebrate look like their running some synchronized event - goose formation.
