Man, I find that weird.

I max out the most flexi leave I can take which works out at 28 days a year, plus my annual leave and bank holidays. Plus an extra day for sausage fingers birthday.

Ha one my colleagues would have a planner for leave for the year. Every sick day strategically placed to have as many 4 day weeks as possible. He saw them as a right vs an entitlement. 😅

Each to their own but I don’t think I’d have gotten to where I am taking a similar approach as an immigrant starting at the very bottom of the corporate good chain.

Clearly I’m not that smart 😉 so had to outwork everyone around me to progress.
