There is plenty of speculation swirling around that Aston Villa owner Randy Lerner will finally sell up at the end of the season, provided his troubled club stay in the top flight.
bsentee landlord Lerner, who has rarely been seen at matches over the last two years, is said to be considering significant offers for Villa from Russia and the United States, having fallen out of love with English football.
Certainly Lerner, who after a change in his personal life spends far more time than he used to at home in the United States, would be a willing seller at the right price.

erner made a rare statement this week backing Lambert. Chief executive Paul Faulkner has said the owner has no plans to sell.
