When do teams lift the EPL trophy if they win it prior to last home game?

Hello everyone, first of all I would like to say that I am definitely not trying to jinx anything here and I know the EPL race still has some way to go. However, I would like to ask if anyone knows when teams in EPL (past seasons or this season) win the EPL title, do they actually lift the trophy in the last home game of the season only? Or is it possible they lift it before if say its mathematically won 5-6 games before the season ends.

Thank you for your reply. Is this confirmed? Some friends have mentioned to me that the EPL trophy is ONLY usually given at the last home game of the season unless it is won on the last day if it happens to be an away game. Hasn't City always lifted their EPL trophy on the last game of the season even in the years that they won it long before that?

What the Fuck is this. City allways? A club with around 3 league trophies being the standard? We have 18 league trophies So we should know this.

All I meant to ask was every time that City won their titles when did they lift the EPL trophy, last home game OR home game right after winning the title mathematically?

And I used City and not us because obviously we haven’t won EPL in long time and rules could been changed along the way, so I used City to ask because they have obviously been winning it more than others recently.

Also you said we should know because we won it 18 times 30+ years ago, clearly we don’t know for sure because I’ve already seen two different answers in this thread.
