Who is Liverpool's best Premier League era forward?

Yeah, 'cos the argument was that it was the only or biggest criteria...

So is it safe to say that all those who voted Suarez would also pick Luis if the question was:

"Who is Liverpools best ever forward?"

As I've said, I would answer Rush in a heartbeat. If you'd pick Suarez, then I guess we just define the question differently.

Suarez would get my vote to a lot of questions about talent, ability, skill, individualism, etc.
I think if I was asked "Who is the best individual player you have seen play for Liverpool", I would answer Suarez.

For me, "best player in position at specific club" means I factor in a lot more than raw ability. It's not an individual sport.
 
Suarez was phenomenal, Fowler in the early to mid nineties wasn’t that far behind though, he was capable and did score every type of goal too and a lot of them.
 
Suarez in terms of raw ability.

Salah in terms of longevity and achievements, though I think Suarez wins trophies (and potentially stays longer) with Klopp in charge as well.

It's not, but that's beside the point when, as here, you're comparing individual sportsmen.

It was 0-0 at that point I think.

Apparently we were 15th in the table before that game. It was a pretty dire season, that one.

I remember him missing it and losing I think 4-2 and it being a shit season but not much else. Rosenthal was a tricky winner but had no end product..
