U18s playing against Newcastle: http://www.nutjob.eu/njtvx1.html

1-0 dunno who scored. Just started watching.

Strating XI: Firth, Randall, Hart, Cleary, Roberts, Virtue, Wilson, Griffin, Trickett-Smith, Marsh, O’Hanlon.

substitutes: Canos, Jackson, Waldron, Watts.

2-0 Brilliant run by Wilson on the right wing squares it across to Trickett-smith on the 18-yard box who finishes confidently with his right foot. The guy Smith for them seems a decent player so far.

Strange - do we have a Youth Cup game coming up? A few notable absentees in Kent, Ojo, Sinclair and Chirivella.

Ojo (and Brewitt) were with England u17s, Kent was injured, and Sinclair and Chirivella were with the u21 squad for Thursday's win over Wolves.

Ah ok thanks. Yeah I know Sinclair and Chirivella was with the U-21s, but I thought they'd still play today because I thought they didn't really play too much in that game. That explains anyway; cheers!

Well, a supplementary explanation of that could be that the u21s have *another* game on Monday, in which Sinclair and Chirivella may well be expected to take some part. 🙂

Well, I hope Sinclair starts then. The U-21 calendar is funny - you can have no games for a month and suddenly they all come in a rush.

That Wilson goal was something else. Starting to understand why Coleman was desperate to keep him Welsh.

He's a special talent. I'm always a bit surprised you don't see him attack defenders like that more often tbh. He's not particularly tricky, but he's very fast, and has great balance and ball control. I'm sure he could do more of that kind of stuff than he does.

Cheers for that as usual, Modo. Wilson aside, how good was Trickett-Smith? That pass for Marsh's goal (our first) was superb. Most people would've played the obvious pass to the guy on the right (Wilson I think) but he chose the harder but ultimately better angled pass to Marsh on the left.

If this rate of production keeps up and the guys pan out as hoped, we don't have to worry too much about FFP for the next decade.

Hopefully this shows we're reaping the benefit of having a manager with 20 years' experience as a youth coach behind him.

Looked very good, but I imagine that video only contained the good things he did.

I'd like to see videos showing every touch he had, but that's a big ask.

Unfortunately hegot injured again in his second game for them so we could be waiting a while.

He was supposed to be very poor defensively in that game do. But hopefully that can be explained by the fact that he was injured and subbed at half time. Hopefully he is not rushed backed this time get recovered and has an extended run in the side. I'm excited to see how he does.

How often have you seen him play? He's very, very mobile; he's playing in front of the back 4 for Sheffield United and yet has twice got forward in the last 2 weeks to score goals. He covers a huge amount of ground in every game and reads the game very well. It's going to be difficult for him to break into the LFC 1st team squad but to say he has "no chance" is wrong.

He's had to adapt to League One standard because initially he was making clever runs and taking up good positions but his fellow midfielders weren't good enough to take advantage of this. Now that he's playing a deeper role he is able to get involved and demand the ball rather than wait and hope for a pass.

I believe N'Goo had a stinker at the weekend for Walsall, Having seen him a few times now I can't see him making the grade anywhere above League 1/League 2 level.
Time will tell who is wrong. I think Coady had found his level for the time being. He might progress to the championship but that is it as far as I can see. Spearing was a far better player than him.

Ngog as Borrell said two seasons ago has a lot of work to do to even make it as a pro.

Fans in their forum were pointing out that he looked visibly unfit within the first 10 minutes of the game, and that hampered his game until he was taken off.

Yes that was a superb pass worthy of any first teamer. Wilson was superb and looks a major talent. Dunn looks good too in other highlights I've seen.

I think McLaughlin was highly rated and even more than Kelly and Flano...if he is able to get some consistent game time without injury, I hope he will be our next Gleno or probably even better than him

Sevilla sports management works in making Nervión team for next season and one of the players listed on your horizon is the Liverpool attacking midfielder, on loan at Almeria, Jesús Joaquín Fernández, 'Suso'. Environmental sources have assured footballer ElDesmarque negotiations Sevilla Cadiz by the player are very advanced and the intention of the club is to close soon Nervión agreement due to interest shown by various football teams. The lefty ends contract with Liverpool in June 2015 and has already rejected an offer of renewal by the Anfield club this January.
In the Sevilla club in any case, deny any agreement with the Andalusian player.
Suso came to Liverpool in the summer of 2010 at age 17, but did not debut with the first team in a competitive match until September 2012 against Young Boys in the Europa League. After a season in which he had not many minutes, the player went out on loan last summer to Almeria, where he has been a fixture throughout the season and has shown his qualities as a playmaker and as a left-winger.
The player, meanwhile, looks favorably joining Sevilla and has already informed people around their intention to stay in the Spanish league. Last summer already rejected an offer from Borussia Dortmund.
