Fuck it, we lost last time Brizzle started the match thread against West Ham.

Anfield in Liverpool will host the match.

Where to watch Liverpool vs West Ham

Liverpool vs West Ham team news
Curtis Jones was forced off during Liverpool’s win over Norwich due to a potential thigh problem, with the Reds already missing Thiago Alcantara and Roberto Firmino.

David Moyes took Aaron Cresswell out of the squad that lost to Southampton, but he should be able to return amid Ryan Fredericks and Vladimir Coufal’s absence.
The two managers will provide updates on their squads ahead of the weekend.

Liverpool vs West Ham prediction
Jurgen Klopp’s side have looked unstoppable of late but West Ham raise their game for these sort of clashes, and could pose a threat.
Liverpool to win, 2-1.

Head to head (h2h) history and results
West Ham last won at Anfield in 2015.
Liverpool wins: 78
Draws: 37
West Ham wins: 29

-----------------------------

Shouldn't be too hard to predict the line up. Unless Klopp surprises us with some bad news in the pre match conference:

(Edit: So Klopp did have a few surprises after all. Matip out, Jones and Keita doubtful)

Alisson

Trent
Konate
Van Dijk
Robbo

Fabs
Hendo
Elliot

Diaz
Mane
Salah

At least a proper pre-match thread launch, but wish it was Brizzle’s. No offense.

Any chance of a 4-4-2 with all four up front with some midfield injuries. Or maybe a Plan B.

Potentially huge blow for City.

We need to win this one to put maximum pressure of them ahead of the derby.

If United beat them, I can see them bottling it ahead of Dias' return if he's really out for upto 6 weeks.

Time to strike boys!

On any weekend we could lose the whole thing. But If we win and city lose this weekend (which they could do) we would be favourites..

Gotta win first though. Time for mentality monsters..

Nah. Dias has been a bit crap this year. Stones and Laporte will be grand for them. Probably be a plus for their Defence.

what it means is no rotation though which may have knock on effects. We’ve seen them using Stones at RB to rest Walker before. Unless they want to play Ake, they’ll be putting out the sand back 4 for a long sustained period now.

edit: apparently Ake is injured too. One more to that back line would be very tasty.

So no Thiago Naby or Jones apparently. Guess we will be
