I am really focusing on the recently appointed
I've gone for the clubs name as oppose to the managers name because I know I'll spell them wrong.

Now that I've actually read the initial post, I'm going to rethink my answer.........

JÜRGEN NORBERT KLOPP

Would be unfair to make a decision if the duration of management taken into consideration is not equal.

For season 23/24 so far, my vote goes to Gary O'Neil.

- Appointed days before the season began
- Beat Man City, Tottenham and Chelsea
- Drew against Aston Villa and Newcastle
- Narrow defeats to Arsenal and Man Utd
- Working mainly with assets passed over to him (think Bueno and Bellegarde are their only signings after he joined)
- Squad lost key players from previous season - Neves, Collins, Nunes
- Bringing more/the best out of existing players - esp. Neto, Hwang, Cunha

Even if we look at it across the entire year, what he did after taking over at Bournemouth was commendable too - not forgetting it was his 1st job as Head Coach.

Emery, Iraola, O'Neill for my money. Gotta give Dyche some credit too. And Moyes.

There are a lot of great manager performances this year before we even get to Klopp, Arteta, Ange, etc.
