It's awful news, absolutely heartbreaking for his family. A young man in his absolute prime, professionally and personally.
For me, there was always an element of 'Keegan' about Diogo. I just about remember the end of Keegan's time at LFC and, the qualities he had, Diogo had as well; spirit, strength, endeavour, and no shortage of skill. A perfect little man to that big man up front.
The club will support his family as best they can, of that I'm sure. And the sentiment of the wider LFC family will hopefully provide some comfort to those who need it. RIP Diogo & Andre xx
