What a season, what a ride it's been..

Thank you Redmen, for bringing the joy back into football for me. It's nice to be a ten year old boy again for two hours every weekend... It's been a long time.

I'll be a lot happier if we're champions in three hours, but I won't be any prouder.

Amazing season, and we’ve become an amazing team with an amazing manager.
I don’t fear any team that’s in front of us. It’s been a long time for me since that’s been the case.

Some will say that too many draws cost us, but one more draw against City would have seen us win the title.
 
I'd feel like they had cheated us out of a legitimate title win.

Anyways, forget about that.

No team goes from 4th to 1st. Or makes up 25pts in a year.

But historically teams can go from 2nd to 1st. And make up 1pt.

With the right investment and the squad sticking together, I don't see why we can't be even better next year. It's crucial we win the CL (for morale), and then fill out the squad with top class quality.

Studge, Lallana, Moreno etc out.

Jovic, Fekir, Sessengon etc in.

We need to have a bench to rival Man City's. We already know we have a first team to do so.

I'd argue with have a stronger mentality and first team than them, it's just the squad, improve that a little, and the title is ours.
 
In the end, as always it’s the fine margins that matter. Amazing that we took it to the last game of the season
 
Funny thing is it we win CL, ourseleves and city would have (more then likely) preferred the opposite titles. Switch? ;-)
