Looks like we're paying off the luck we had in the earlier games this season.

That makes it 0/3, 2 of the losses in the last minute and we just about managed to scrape 2 goals in those games but god was it hard work.

Doesn't make for pretty reading.
 
Macca should not start until fit. And, Salah needs to subbed when shit. I have no problem starting him.

We lost the game in midfield though, even with Gravy and Szobo playing well.
 
so much breaks down when it goes to Gakpo and Mo is intent on scoring himself when others are in a better position.

And our most in form attacking players - Ekiteke and Chiesa are on the bench. Chiesa not even getting a sniff. Bizarre.

Better second half performance but clearly a host of problems to be fixed.

But not the end of the world. Truly.
 
I don’t honestly blame it all on Slot, he will rightly take the blame for now though as he is the front man.
 
We were second best for most of the game, Chelsea deserved the win...
Away from his goal Gakpo was shit...
Salah should have been sold in the summer, or atleast have been benched and lost his place to Chiesa

Let's be honest, we're not winning the title this year.

For all the 10/10 transfer window and "did you know that Slot replaced half the Feynoord team and they were amazing" chat, this was always going to be a transitional year.

I just didn't think it was going to be this bad.
 
Mo and Cody just aren't it.

Neither can beat a player for pace or skill, and when they cut inside, they do fuck all.

Selling Diaz looks like a horrific mistake. He wasn't lightening, but he gave us something different.
 
Sick of watching that utter shit.

Bad decision after bad decision from the manager.

The players are just as bad too. The execution in that last 15 minutes in attack was shocking. Any half decent team would've opened them up.

Gakpo & Salah are a genuine waste of fucking time. We're so much worse off in attack this season which boggles the mind really.

Yep. He wanted to go as he could see that Rio was emerging. But Gakpo should have been the one to go.
 
Hope he doesn’t start Mo for next 5 games, at least to see how amazing we can be without him and recover some form. Don’t think can wait till Afcon. Well ignoring Gala first half this week…

I think he wanted to go because we didn't want to pay him the wages he deserved and because of his age we didn't want to offer him a big contract.
