Gakpo took his goal really well but he’s not a winger and struggles when he can’t cut in.

Mo doesn’t know how to strike the ball anymore. He really should have scored today. And should have been subbed

Macca and Isak aren’t fit and should be eased in. The others can’t do their running as well as Mo’s.

Well I thought the point is we would not need him?. We got 300m worth of options, might as well give it a go and see now. I personally think any of them are anywhere near levels required to take the burden.
 
Fetching so many new players in all at once was always going to slow us down this season, at least to start with. If anything we're higher in the league than I feared, but we need to start motoring pronto.
 
Ah well. Poor start playing wise and a tough start too with regards to who we’ve played, so a point off the top is about right

Absolutely. I wouldn't be surprised to see Arsenal do what we done last season & coast to it.

They're winning it though regardless.

It was there for us to defend but we have a manager & team that look absolutely clueless.

Basics if one center back is backing off to cover the attackers the other has to go to the player with the ball not both of them backing away from the runner with the ball
 
Another poor performance but we're only a point behind and have played some tricky fixtures, without clicking into gear at all.

Szobo my motm again. Marmadashvili did ok but obviously not the quality on the ball Ali brings. Gravenberch was ok. Robbo did ok when he came on but was caught catching his breath for their winner. Mo, Gakpo, Mac, Kerkez, Isak all poor.

Think Gravenberch at CB worked better than Konate who was poor in possession all first half. Dawdling sideways or backwards, Chelsea let him have it.
 
If Slot wants to play his 4-2-3-1, he needs to drop Mo and Cody. They’re not suited to it.

If Slot wants to play Mo and Cody, he needs to play a 4-3–3 with a false nine
