If I'm watching on Sky, I will watch/listen to the channel without the fake noise. If I'm streaming, I'll probably just mute it. The fake noise is dreadful.

Sky’s fake sounds are super shite or they were the last time i listened. Like a 5 year old with a soccer soundboard app on their phone.

BT and others seem way better and I’ve actually been immersed in our games to the point where i don’t notice the lack of crowd and the fake sounds. That might just be me getting used to the situation but no fake sounds at the beginning made everything a behind closed doors friendly, didn’t like it at all.

I don't think there's much doubt that Tyler sounds much more chipper when he's doing the London games. Aside from that, like all commentators, he dreads the bigger teams having comfortable games against the smaller teams because he fears loads of neutrals will get bored, but he over-compensates by shrieking hysterically when the smaller teams get a goal. What he fails to realise is that the neutrals are a minority in most audiences - it's usually about 60-70% made up of fans of the two teams actually playing - so he's alienating the wrong part.
Are you joking? Whenever Rooney scored for Utd he had a massive Jizz.. same with City and Aguero or Sterling.

Yes, I wouldn't argue. I was merely querying the suggestion that he's even-handed and any bias is all in the head of the fans. Actually I'm not sure about any great enthusiasm for the mancs. He hit on the gimmick of the ear-bleeding squeal when Thierry Henry was playing - Henreeeeee! Then he did it again with Aguero, and with Rooney. That's more his obsession with the squeal. He gets bored quite easily with quite a few big clubs these days. But he definitely sounds suicidal when we do well.

He's 75 - why doesn't he just retire?!
