Well, that is just my opinion and my sense. It seems to me that this place is an American-based or -run forum. Just an impression. The way people talk about football around here strikes me as American. Just an impression.

Not that I wouldn't have but I doubt I did. I was only a lurker on Koptalk and only ever posted because Dunc threatened to kick members out for not posting. Even then I suspect it was no more than a few posts before it went subscription based which I refused to join.
I found this place four or five months after it came into existence and signed up when I recognised some familiar posters.

I remember Kop Talk forum/website. From like early goings of even internet. Kop Talk was big when Napster was big, if I remember well. But I didn't know that. He does very thoroughly cover news stories. But he is weirdly authoritarian. That's true.
