Regardless what happens with those 3, theres a strong argument that we needed to strengthen those positions regardless. Mo has no viable competition, Ibou and Joemez are injury prone, Trent is a shite who, if he does sign, will still put in the same abject defensive performances every now and then.

If he actually returned to Liverpool as opposed to going on loan again, this I would be okay with, as he covers defensive positions if needed
CB, RB, DM, CM the boy covers a lot of positions.
What my worry is Slot is over working two players in particular and they are the most important two in VVD and Grav and the club is not seeing that. We know the lizards won't spend money so bring Steve back, at least then you can afford to give Grav or VVD some R&R.
Does he do any of them well? He was massively hyped up, had a year of growing pains and then ended up in Austria. Doesn't sound like he's overly impressed at RB either.
