Now im not sure, but that isnt THE most attractive proposition for players is it? Lads, were going to be pretty negative, Im going to rotate alot, Im not really a people person so I probably wont talk to you, and in all likelihood I'll be looking for your replacement in a couple of years because you'll be fucked = undivided player loyalty?

If Rafa can get back to being a good manager, without all the political jockeying that seems to have distracted him over the last couple of years, then good on him, and I wish him luck.

Im sad that hes leaving - I would be even more upset if he were staying.

I expect Torres to go and perhaps Gerrard too. I have done so all summer and I reckon it has little to do with Rafa staying or going.

It may be one of the reasons why the club didn't want Rafa in charge anymore - they didn't want to let him spend the 70+ million we'd be getting on more players he wouldn't even play.

I think I agree with what someone posted above....they would definitely have left anyway if Rafa had stayed, therefore I have more hope of them staying now.
 
Strange that not one ex-red has said he should have stayed yet.

It's official now. I dont know how I feel. It's really time for him to go.... poor people management and transfer market, bitch and moan about budget...... still I think he did all with the club's best interests in his heart..... so i will him good luck

thanks for the CL champions..... u make my beloved club "relevant" for once in the last 20 years......the way we won the cup, it will be one of the highlights of my lifetime

And I didn't say I hated the accent in that Colin Murray thread, I just said I hated Colin Murray. And 'hate' is too strong, I just find him annoying.
