You guys using chrome?

It happens to me the most when I close the tab or use the tab for another web page. When I open another tab for SCM, I'm logged off. Hitting "Home" then logs me back on, hitting "Home" again, logs me off (this bit happened to me once so can't say if it's repeatable).

Have you scanned for a virus / malware Mullet ?

Not having any issues here...

If you are using chrome.. Try deleting your cache, history, temp files n cookies.

Occasionally it can play havoc every once in a while and a good ol clear out tends to sort it...

I use IE, not chrome, and it doesnt happen when I am on the site but when I go & come back. Not sure if that make a difference

Of course, since I wrote my post it hasnt happened again ... hoping it was just the faeries playign around for the last 2 days & they've gone now

Bloody frustrating this. Log on to sure on mobile device, then a few pages later, I'm longed off. Constantly having to keep logging on. Same thing happened with laptop.

Normally it can happen if you are changing IP addresses, So if you are on your phone and switched from 3g to Wifi or from one wifi to another. etc

Do you tick the box Stay Logged in ?

For your desktop or Laptop , try clearing your browser cache including cookies. Then log in from scratch with the Stay logged in ticked, see how you get on

I will have a look at the software a bit later see if it's anything at this end as sunny suggested

Yeah tick the box to stay logged in. Likely to IP address thing maybe, always switching from 4g to 3g dependent upon coverage. Cleared the cache including cookies, i'll see how it goes.
