Can anyone else see the similarities?

I've updated my saddo squad spreadsheet (bite me) and I reckon, for the first time in the club's history, that our total squad cost is now over £1bn.
But assuming we sell Darwin and Lucho, it should drop below that figure by the end of the window.
For context, before this pre-season, I reckon only City, United and Chelsea (obvs) have hit this mark (in the Premier League, at least). Which makes it even more laughable how shite United's squad is - it cost more than £1bn. It's like Brewster's Millions, only with football players.

How are you determining a player's value?

Not sure Football was around when you and Jesus were young. I mean he wanted to change the world through words, and football wasn't around
 
Brilliant - thanks for posting. Shows a club and a group of players at ease with themselves, which is great in its own right and is exactly what's needed as the foundation for a new dynasty.
 
Can we not just post happier pictures of Torres, Gerrard, Alonso or Suarez in Adidas LFC shirts.

Do we really have to drag up Jovanovic and Pennant!!!!!

I associate Torres in the grey shirt where he owned Old Toilet, Gerrard Instanbul reebok and Suarez the home kit with yellow letters Warrior kit.

Pennant was the first player I thought about when i saw that mock up.

It is similar but the thing is I always liked that old kit whereas I don't like the new one at all. I can't put my finger on it but it just looks off to me. The two away kits look ok, nothing spectacular but fine.

Nah, the collar as you say, totally different fit, color tone and general lay out.
As mentioned above. Liked that kit anyway.
