TBF I knew Peter Crouch and beyond a handful of people, no one knows who Koller is. I checked his Wiki, his most significant clubs were Monaco and Dortmund and though he had a purple patch at Dortmund he was mediocre at best everywhere else

Koller was an international striker, capped 91 times. Was part of the Czech squad that finished third in the Euros and won the league with Dortmund.

You make him sound like a nobody who played non-league football.
I bet at least half this forum who where born before 1990 know who Koller is. If not by name, they know about the giant Czech striker.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you are nerd when it comes to Football. Your Football trivia knowledge is on par with people who go on TV quizzes and win competitions.
Koller the name rings a bell but looking at highlights of him, nothing registers. I mean, if Czechia played England maybe I would have seen him.

No mate, I am an old fart! I honestly didn't take notice of this guy. I have a terrible memory too. On internationals, I wouldn't really watch a match that didn't include England unless it was the semis. I can't remember this guy, the name sounds familiar but not much else. So if I did watch a match, I was only paying attention to players that I knew.
