So they signed Mudryk on an 8.5 year contract, that’s looking pretty poor at the moment. Fingers crossed a lot of these long contact, high wage guys flop long and flop hard.
They'll probably be able to flip him

Sterling - Still possesses a threat but lost his goal scoring touch.
Mudryk - Absolute shite.
Madueke - Lower level Prem player, probably wouldn't look out of place at Norwich.....another Eredivisie player that fails to make the grade.
Jackson - Looks good.
Nkunku - An injured player is no good to anyone.
Broja - See above, probably never gonna be good enough to lead the line at a top side.
Lukaku - Hasn't even been given a squad number & they're desperate to get rid.
That’s the most beautiful poem I’ve ever read…

Sometimes you don’t have to play for Liverpool to get the “Liverpool curse.”

Fuck him and his 56 stone mum.

Sterling is one game on the bench away from chucking his toys out of the pram.

Chilwell is likely a game away from being injured for 6 months.

Hopefully Jackson is one of these “looks good but doesn’t actually do anything” types.

Hopefully by the time Poch gets anywhere close to moulding this group of players into a team, Boehly’s bought another 15 players to integrate and is about to sack him and re-appoint Fat Frank.

When did Sterling ever have a "goalscoring touch" anyway? Or Raheem for that matter.
When he was scoring 20-30 goals a season?

To go from that to scoring 9 as he did last season is losing that goalscoring touch, no? You may see it differently if you wish.

Lolz

Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin faces another spell on the sidelines after sustaining a fractured cheekbone in Sunday's 4-0 defeat at Aston Villa.
Calvert-Lewin, 26, was substituted after 38 minutes following a collision with Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez as he challenged for the ball.

He has completed 90 minutes only four times since the start of last season, including just once since January.
He must now follow the FA's concussion protocols before returning to action.

His face looked a state when he came off, the funniest part about it was if was he who went in and collided with the keeper not the other way round.....no one else to blame but himself.

Crystal Palace starting XI: Johnstone, Ward, Andersen, Guehi, Mitchell, Lerma, Doucoure, , Ayew, Eze, Schlupp, Edouard.
Subs: Matthews, Tomkins, Clyne, Richards, Ahamada, Gordon, Riedewald, Rak-Sakyi.

Wasn't it a Monday night game against Palace at the start of last season that our big money signing nutted a defender?

Hopefully Rice or Havertz do the same here and start their season spiralling.

Really not a fan of these bookings for time wasting, how are players supposed to know the cut off when to throw/kick before they're about to get a yellow?

This Palace DM looks good. Solid defensively but seems to have an eye for a pass and does the odd run with the ball through midfield.

Aye, TommyYaSue was the 3rd man to be handed the ball. He was victimised.

yea, Docoure is ok. but he seems a bit cumbersome and not agile or fast enough for me in that role
not someone to pay more than 25 mill for
