Selling him was among the best decisions we ever made.
The reason we could sell him for what we did was because of his successful loan spell, so the decision to loan him to Swansea the season before was another great decision. Same with Neco, Wilson, Ibe etc.

True

In other news, 90th minute in Munchen and Werder Bremen are in the lead.

The one where the keeper missed the ball completely and jumped into the Sheff U player?
It’s never a pen, Mcburnie gets nowhere near the ball either and even wacks Areola in the face…2 guys colliding when neither of them are getting to the ball, if Onana against Wolves isn’t deemed a pen then there’s no way that could be given. Rewatch it again but only focus on the striker.

McBurnie elbows him in the face. Never a pen imho.

Moyes almost exploded at that point.

There’s been some really shit decisions that VAR has failed to overturn this season. Instead they seem obsessed with finding obscure handballs or fouls 10 mins prior to rule out goals no-one contests

So blocking the keeper equals goal and elbowing the keeper equals penalty.

These new PL rules are wild..

Lol Brighton bring on Lamptey who apparently was injured and couldn't play in the AFCON for Ghana.

For all of Brighton's passing they've created very little.

And what is that touch from Cunha lol.....blud thinks he's Origi.

Will they not get a sanction for that? Remember when Matip "retired" from international football, and we couldn't play him during AFCON for fear of getting in trouble with FIFA

Kinda doubt it, considering that it was the last group game. Ultimately Ghana decided not to pick him

That was just a cover story for yet another injury

Premier League's goal-fest continues
18 goals were scored in just five games this weekend, bringing this season's Premier League goals tally to 646 - at a remarkable average of 3.11 goals per match.

Factors such as extended stoppage time, VAR's impact on penalty decisions and the attacking quality on display have contributed to this incredible number.

Last season holds the record for the highest-scoring campaign in Premier League history with 1,084 goals scored at an average of 2.85 per match, and this entertaining season is on track to shatter that record.
