Forest made some mad choices over the last week and can see Arsenal beating them easily. Palace Sunderland could be somewhat entertaining. I expect Newcastle to beat Wolves even with Wissa being out. Everton and Villa will be dreadful.

It's going to be one of the those status quo weekends for us I think.
Would love to see Forest steal points from Arsenal, but I don't see it happening. Saliba will probably play, and they'll handle Woods.
Eze will get his first goal for Arsenal.

I would have predicted a Brentford win if it was Thomas Frank's Brentford. This Liverpool reject version is shite.

City will demolish Man U.

I thought Saliba was out for a few weeks? The Arse game hinges very much on who scores first. I can see Flange retreating to an ultra low block (Europe final style) should they nick a goal first half…and that might just be enough to get a draw.

Brentford aren’t Frank’s Brentford at home, but I’ll hope for a 1-1 there.

City - Utd 1-1 as well.

Really Really hoping for a United away win 0-2 or 0-3. Pep seething and the deluded United fans cheering yet another false dawn. Would be wonderful

Shit games. However I have hope Brentford will beat Chelsea, Fulham should have, Chelsea also not in their stride yet.

Saka, Saliba and Havertz out for a few more weeks I read.

PL Injuries have Havertz out until November, Saka until late September and Saliba at 50/50 for this weekend having trained for the first time yesterday.
As mentioned, it's a full debut for Eberechi Eze but there is no place for Declan Rice in Arsenal's starting line-up, with the midfielder settling for a place on the bench.

William Saliba is not in the matchday squad as he's still recovering from injury.

Arsenal starting XI:
Raya, Timber, Mosquera, Gabriel, Calafiori, Zubimendi, Merino, Odegaard, Eze, Madueke, Gyokeres

Subs: Arrizabalaga, Hincapie, White, Martinelli, Trossard, Nwaneri, Rice, Lewis-Skelly, Dowman

Douglas Luiz, a summer signing from Juventus, is on the bench for Forest as the Brazilian looks for his first minutes in a Forest shirt.

Nottingham Forest starting XI: Sels, Williams, Murillo, Milenkovic, Morato, Anderson, Sangare, Gibbs-White, Ndoye, Hudson-Odoi, Wood

Subs: Victor, McAtee, Hutchinson, Boly, Luiz, Kalimuendo, Bakwa, Savona, Yates

That was a rather good hit.

It’s been corner, corner, free kick, corner, free kick, corner, zzzzzzzzz

Murillo now dead for Forest.

I thought arsenal were away, so was mildly optimistic. Ah well.

Glad I can't watch it
