Are we making a mistake if we move him on again? Many felt we made a mistake letting him go first time around (although the funds raised from his sale helped fund a deal for Torres) and perhaps we'll regret it again.

He had a decent season for us and his commitment was never questioned when fit.

definitely , if it us that is moving him on although i wonder how much of this is him wanting a move . He seems to be desperate to do a few things before his career ends . He's a fan of ours but didn't enjoy his 1st stint here so it seemed he wanted to come back and put things right , especially under Kenny . He's done that to an extent so I wonder if he might fancy a return to Cardiff to be close to his family and try to finally get them promoted .

I think it is more Craig's decision than ours. He loves living in South Wales. If he wants to stay then I'd be more than happy to keep him on the books - he'd get some starts and be a great impact player off the bench.

Agree with Froggy but IMO it would still not be a bad idea to sell him if he wants to go. He shot out of the traps at the start of last season, but then tailed off quite a bit as the season went on. Seeing also that we got him for nothing, a £2 mill.deal would be good business.

You have to wonder if his body is still up to it.

I'm not so sure that Craig tailed off but rather was used much less by Kenny towards to end of last season.

We need to keep some of the older players ... He's one we should keep, especially now that we've lost the presence of Maxi, Kuyt etc

Then again, if he wants to leave however, let him go. People need to want to be here.
