Innit, they've always got like 25 plants of coriander and nothing else at the co-op by mine.
I hate the smell of coriander but it is great chucked in at the end of cooking a green curry.

What, coriander smells incredible fresh. Just fry the leaves with a load of olive oil and some red chillies and garlic and serve with chicken. Smells like heaven.

Dill, coriander, thyme, mint. The lot. Apart from parsley.
I got a big bag of dried parsley from some market cos i was that desperate to build up my herb collection. it's not that bad to be fair but you can taste the difference.

Nah, don't like it.
Fine with eating it though.

Shiek ffs you can get us closed down with that shit man!

I love coriander fresh or cooked. The one I can't abide is tarragon, and it's so ******* widespread these days.

That one's for Rosco. ;)

Maybe it is tarragon I don't like the smell of?

And The Star. I noticed in the supermarket before. Do you realise how difficult it's become to buy fresh parsley ?

Yep, thankfully the Asda Walton now sell it, next to the tomatoes.

You can freeze it too, no loss of taste if you use it straight from frozen, just slightly more difficult to chop as finely.

I have Jamie Oliver to thank for that tip.

I asked my local greengrocer if he had fresh parsley & he looked at me like I had three heads, said 'you have to order specialist stuff like that in'.

Specialist? It's fucking PARSLEY.

I never have trouble getting fresh parsley. Then again, I do have a dark, evil, money hungry, unscrupulous dealer satisfying my need. Tesco on Deysbrook Lane.
