I don't know why all the emphasis is on us Shipping goals after this when if we had the same luck Spurs had it could have easily been 4/5-1.

Indeed, one of their goals was also from shocking officiating, and the other was a good passage from play which took advantage of one of our centre backs slipping over. Our defence once again was very good last night, we did miss Lucas though (the first goal wouldn't have happened if he was there)

Thought both Ibe and Moreno played well tbh.
Our central midfield were all over the place until Can was pushed forward.

Gerrard shouldn't be playing there.

Lovren was impressive when he came on. Maybe we should push Can forward and start Lovren while Lucas is out injured.

On last night's evidence that's the right thing to do. I thought Gerrard was awful at DM, kept getting drawn towards the ball and leaving at least one of Eriksen or Lamela in acres of space to receive in the middle. Allen isn;t an option there either for me.

Lets hope Lovren can come back into the side to enable Can to strut his stuff alongside Henderson. They're a nice mix at dm.

Yeah. I gave Ming MOM for that save. It was an absolutely incredible save, and earned us the 3 points. Further evidence of his rehabilitation.
