One of these days Duran will get the ball within one meter of the goal

FT good win. A bit disappointed that we stopped pushing for more goals, but all in all a good performance.

Superb display.
What a difference a couple of CM’s make eh?

I fucking hate that it’ll be all for nothing with City walking it but nice to be playing exciting football again and starting with 10 pts from 4 tough games and a sending off in two of them!!!

Quansah looked very comfortable. Has pace, good positioning, comfortable and confident enough to go on a little productive run when space was available. Villa weren’t doing much, but he could be our next academy star.

Yeah, it wasn't the toughest game to play in but he did well. Didn't look scared or out of place.
But I need to see him get challenged a bit before I can judge him properly.

If Nunez could finish Salah would have had 4 assists today :D

Nunez is still our most threatening #9, if Gakpo or Jota start they're not even in the positions/making the runs Nunez is making to gets those chances. End of story.

Plus Nunez got 2 assists anyway showing he has far more to his game than just wanting to score goals.

Best striker in the fucking world., don't you forget it.

Wow. That looked like the easiest game we've played for about 24 months. Amazing what a young dynamic midfield can do for you.

Lol, his first assist was meant as an assist was it? :D

Does it matter if it's deliberate or not?

Of course he wanted to score, got unlucky, then deserved that luck he made with the OG. The goal doesn't come if Nunez doesn't strike the ball or if he misstruck it high and wide for example.

Oh and he played a big part in the first too, pressing well to win us the corner which Szobo scored from.
