If he's been having fluid drain daily as Klopp said yet we've had him training & playing for us, we don't have a legitimate argument to keep him from going on international duty.
Also worth noting that Egypt have allowed him (or he's chosen) to miss the last two or three breaks (if I'm remembering correctly).

Yeah,if we get 2 or 3 injuries over the same period it could get quite messy. We've already got through some games by the skin of our teeth.

Ox should be able to fill in for Salah, we need a replacement who's a matchwinner and we have Divock who can pull out an unexpected goal when needed, as long as it's just one of the front three who is missing the odd game, it's not a huge issue. The midfield has depth but we could do with the optional creativity of Shaqiri, or Keita to stay fit and to start showing some form.
Milner and at a push Gomez and Hoever can cover full back positions, though it's not completely ideal. We're gonna need to use our squad in December regardless of injury.
This is where we find out how costly it was not buying in the Summer. If we drop points and subsequently lose the league because of a lack of cover, I'm not sure that failing to strengthen the squad of the European Champions will be viewed as such a sensible move. Hopefully we have enough in the tank and those on the fringes don't just make up the numbers.

I just saw someone (LFC fan on RC) say "Salah's injured for 3/4 weeks. He's been struggling with that ankle injury since the Leicester game so no surprise. Misses Palace, Napoli & Brighton.". Can't query him because I'm banned on there so anyone here know that source / accuracy ?

Still dread him playing because he is so subpar... But even playing badly all the time he still scores a lot of important goals.
... It's a bit of a paradox, and I'm not convinced there isn't some supernatural being controlling him and having a laugh at us.
I have a feeling Ox has now moved a bit ahead of Origi in the pecking order, so perhaps if Salah cannot play we would get Ox on the wing and Keita in the middle alongside Fabinho and one of Gini or Hendo. Shaq was supposed to be back after this international break, let's hope he's at least fit enough for the bench.

We beat Barcelona 4-0 without Salah. If he misses a game or two and comes back fit and firing then I'm sure we'll cope.
