Selliott

Counter aren't too loaded.

Toaster, kettle, air fryer and microwave.

Cupboards.
Rice cooker (that's an essential now), instapot thing, KitchenAid with the pasta attachment (rarely used) and two different sized nutribullets.

I keep a small squad it seems.

Back to Elliott, I think there is a good chance of a small bidding war, because he would improve a wide number of teams and has proven premier league quality. He has been starting PL games for 4 years. I think £40M plus add-ons is well within possibility.

Rice cooker is necessary, yes.

I also have a vitamix that I suppose i inherited.
Its really good for making soups, and smoothies. Butternut squash, with cheesy grilled bread is my favourite thing about winter
I had a juicer for ages thar I used all the time, no idea where it is now.

Anyway, maybe we should have the admins rename the threads that got derailed to match the topic actually being discussed. This will obviously be the air fryer thread, the transfer speculation should be called “funny and sexually suggestive names I’ve encountered (or made up)” and the Traitor thread should be renamed Trent.

So is anyone going to advise me on a good 2 basket air fryer for two people?

This is actually already a decent price, plus you get 10% off if it's your first order:

Counter: Bean to cup coffee machine, kettle, nutribullet, insta pot, “airfyer” and kitchen aid.

I say “airfyer” because I have a sage 11 in one or something. Boss for doing smaller portions but asks as a toaster and is also banging for frozen pizza.

The insta pot used for slow cooking, pressure cooker and rice cooker.

We also have the pasta attachment for the kitchen aid too which the wife uses a lot.

In the garden I have a 6 burner bbq and ooni pizza oven.

Just another day on 6CM

Oh God. Counter and cupboards wasn't enough ... we're now extending the scope to the garden !

I sold my Ooni after all my mates left town.

The garden shed has a large braai gathering dust, and a small kettle braai that gets regular use.

God, I need new friends or I should move!

What's with friends leaving town?
(Sorry hope its not personal)

Just meant like is there a mass exodus from where you are and why etc

I've had a core group of 5 close mates for 25+ years.

Over the past 5 years, they've dispersed out of opportunity or necessity. None were actively looking to leave the city / country, but one has ended up in Beijing, one in New York, one in Brighton, and two in Cape Town.

I also haven't had an office job since 2019, so no colleagues or new acquaintances in my life at the moment.

The missus and I always thought we'd try a different country at some point too, but having four cats and four dogs always put paid to that notion.

Over the last couple of years, animals have been dropping off due to old age. Our jack russel passed this past Monday and we're down to 1 dog and 3 cats now.

If we can stop ourselves from adopting any more animals for a couple of years, we will probably make a move somewhere for the experience.

My wife had a great offer in Dublin late last year, and there's a lot of opportunity there at the moment, so that could be on the cards.

Most of my mates are in and around Belfast. Only a few of us fucked off and those that did fucked off pretty far, I'm the closest in Athens, one's in San Diego and the other is in Sydney.

I also have an airfryer. Don't have much space for other fancy gadgets, just the necessary ones.

Really really hard losing pets - that's why we'll never have another dog (after our super sweet GSD passed with me holding her in my arms as the vet did the deed. It was horrible though he assured us she felt nothing).

Traveling / moving to another country is the best thing I ever did and has led to the best things that ever happened in my life. Lived in 9 countries so far and every one has added something to my life - even Nigeria was a hoot/experience !

Just wait until the Air Fryer decides to fuck off to Singapore - it'll break your heart.
