Ribery is harsh - he has been fantastic until the last half of this season imo, where the post Ballon D'Or loss really messed him up.

Neymar - sorry, tricky, talented but you'd think he was fucking Ronaldo or Messi the way people were going over him.

He's never been dominant for Italy over the course of a whole tournament but he was excellent in 2000 Euro if memory serves me well, and had the key peno (vs Oz) in world cup 2006 run.
He was excellent in 2000 and 2006 but terrible in 02 and 04.
He was in the team of the tournament twice.
I think both he and Cavani are suffering from Ibrahimovic syndrome - turning to absolute shit in matches of note that people are more likely to watch.
I dunno mate - I only remember him being shit this year oddly enough. Don't remember many big games where he floundered in the last few years (in either CL final for example). But as I said re: Totti, my memory may be failing me! 😉
Yeah I can't remember previous seasons that well but it's definitely been the case this season in the matches in some of the CL matches for example.
Yah - in the second half, he was utters hit. Bayern had to rely on only Robben, but it made them very predicable.
Di Maria - he's good, but is he all that? A suped up version of Riera?
He is nothing like Riera.
Personally I always thought Di Maria was more underrated than overrated. I've seen him be absolutely brilliant loads of times.

I dont often watch Realm the few times I have seen him he has been ok, but the thread title was about 'hype' and a lot has been made of him. Sure, I could be wrong, but based on the few times I have seen him he has a tendency to keep checking back.

Probably in the high 20's or early 30's. He's a very talented player in my opinion, even if he is coming off a less than stellar season.
