To be fair you say this, but its A WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT to being asked to name any player (within X amount of money) to what equates to real life negotiations with clubs and players and agents.
People asking for Neymar and Aguero and the likes are punching far too much above their weight, considering no one really knew (or knows) how much we were willing to spend and we have no European football to boast of next season.

What i cant stand is so much negativity on here. This time last year our club was on its knees finacially. All my thoughts were to how we were going to survive the Hicks and Gillette ownership. Now we have got rid of them, us fans are moaning because we have overspent on players that KING Kenny wants. Players HE feels will take us up a level. Im very happy to finally see our manager backed in the transfer marked. Wont bother coming on here again to many negative idiots. Sometimes i think our so called fans dont deserve success.

Kenny and commoli did though Ryan.... I'm pretty gutted/dissapointed how its panned out tbh but it would be wrong to deny that the squad has improved because it has, I wanted more flair skill pace CLASS generally but we have improved with those 3 signings. As for other people wanting those boys before the window.... maybe Adam would have got a shout, Henderson is pretty much unknown and Downing was under-rated and undervalued by everybody obviously.
We do have a shout of getting in the top 4 with those additions to the squad... on the bright side.
