Bescause hes free, wouldnt expect to play every week and hes a pretty good like for like back up for Bobby. As for being really slow, hes not quick like Mané or Salah but id say he no slower than Firmino or Suarez.
The signing would be reminiscent of something we used to do in the original glory days, namely sign players who had caused us real trouble playing against us.

I've always thought it was quite weird in some ways, but quite heartening from a human perspective, that despite all the scouting, data analysis, algorithms and whatnot, it STILL seems to happen, with players, managers and fans thinking:
