Watching city over us?

I think today might be the first time ever I choose another game over us when I have the option.

At least until city but all hope to bed
 
I bought new batteries for the remote control this morning I'll be flicking mostly.

Like I said this will be the first time in history for me but I'll be glued to the city game and watching here to see if we score and flick over then to watch replays
 
I wonder what Rouge Penguin wants.

I'd like to think he wouldn't mind Newcastle being beaten if it meant we stood a chance of the league, but it's hard to wish that upon your team.
 
I am 100% certain that Rouge will want us to win.
And I will be watching us.
Not even paying attention to city.

If the City score is level going into the 2nd half I will probably switch to watching their game and torture myself. Must say this is the most awkward I've felt leading up to a game. One minute I'm saying this can happen then I'm telling myself off for even thinking such thoughts. Proper schizo.
 
I'm not that bothered about watching either game to be honest - the Palace game crushed any spirit I had left. That said, I'll be watching us.

Why anyone would want to watch a team (most likely) celebrate winning the title on their home patch? It's pure torture.
 
Watching us. If we are winning and City are not with 10 mins to go then I'll flick over and pray.

I'm dreaming of a City sending off in the first 20 minutes. Increasingly under the cosh as news from Anfield that we're coasting transmits to the players. 94th minute a Downing cross is met by Carroll. Oh noo! the ball rebounds off the crossbar, but is met on the rebound by Nolan who rifles a shot by the despairing Hart.

Im watching our game. Whatever happens in Manc land happens. Might throw up a stream of the City game on the side but definitely just going to enjoy us.
 
Things could be a lot worse than city having to play a west ham with nolan, downing and carroll. they will all have their reasons for giving it a good go. they won't just sack it off if city score like most teams would.
 
If we dont win our game then the City match is irrelevant, I'll be watching us with an eye on the scores in the other game. Its difficult to enjoy a game if Im watching it purely so another team loses
