Who's in the wrong Fans or Player(Xhaka)

I haven't watched the incident but if you buy the whole "he was sulkily walking off and that's why he got booed" then the fans are in the right. If not, I see it both ways.
Either way, this puts the club in a difficult position now as the fans aren't going to forgive him (maybe if he was a decent player).

They cheered when his number went up on the board at first.
For me, they're both at fault. The Arsenal fans were twats for doing that, and he made it a million times worse by acting the cunt.
He's a dreadful player, though, and Arsenal fans are dreadful, too. Suit each other.
We have been guilty of getting on a specific player's back, Lucas, and now Hendo, can make a mistake and then the groaning starts from the fans with every sideways or misplaced pass. It isn't ever productive. But this is next level. Booing one of your own coming off the pitch is just shit. Of course, it isn't the first occasion Arsenal fans have done this, reducing Eboue to tears after he'd been having a bad game.
Eboue sadly suffered depression and thought of suicide.

Hahahaha he can't even apologise now, lest he get accused of only doing it because he was told to. The only thing for it is to claim he heard racist/homophobic abuse as he was walking off, and that is why he reacted badly.

Sure maybe the players voted for Xhaka but he’s a bit shit, seems to me like a bit of a nob and doesn’t have the right temperament. Why would any manager sign off on that?
On a related note sky showed a comparison of Emerys first 47 games and Wengers last 47, Wengers record is slightly better. I think he’s a couple of bad results away from fans turning on him.

All true, but Arsenal’s problem is he’s probably the closest thing to a captain material they’ve got. Things are so dire it looks they are going to hand the armband to Ozil of all people tomorrow.

I’d have to see the team first to see if that makes sense but Ozil is another horrendous choice. The keeper seems like a decent if a bit bland choice?
Arsenal fanbase are kind of famous for slagging off their own players or managers, aren't they? I mean that's the whole premise of Arsenal Fan TV: millions of rival fans tuning in to watch them hilariously tear apart one of their own. There a reason this concept works for (or at the expense of) Arsenal and not any other club.
He didn't do anything. They just hate him. I'd hate him too if he played for us, in fairness.

They cheered him coming off because Torreira is better and Emery won't play Torreira at DM because he is too short, lol. They started booing because Xhaka didn't run off the pitch and show urgency as the team should have been pushing for the winner. It was Xhaka's ego causing him to waste time having a strop about being taken off instead of showing urgency and support for his team. Hendo has shown the right way to handle this a few times when taken off before he'd like.
It sort of happened with Danny Murphy, he came on as a sub in his next match and scored the winner against United.
Hopefully they hand the armband to Abumeyang. That seem to be a Kiss of death over there.
Klopp did have to tell Hendo off at one point though. You know the handshake thing. But I get it, he was pissed off. They're only people.
Gerrard looked like a douche against Everton that time.
Suarez hated getting subbed.
He was subbed when it was 2-2 (i believe?) and was walking off slowly which I believe he got jeered for initially, then he reacted to that and ended up sulking and getting boo'd even more.
They cheered as soon as his number came up as well, which started the whole thing. Everyone involved was out of order.
One exception I can kinda think of. The hateful Diouf. Wasn't whilst he was wearing our shirt though, so not the same at all. Closest I can think of though.
Thankfully one of the best things Klopp's brought is so much more patience from the fans. Not so long ago a lot of the Anfield crowd would be like Raz is on here, bemoaning everything, groaning, getting on players backs when things weren't working.
Now, they know just how often this team can turn it around with our support, & the Spurs game was a fine example. I swear the fans sung louder & prouder when we went behind, & when we misplaced passes, instead of getting on their backs.
They were cheering his substitution before he moved slowly. The fans are totally not on board with the team, manager, or the captain but even so it's shit support from them and then a horrible reaction from xhaka.
Klopp has installed this common mentality between the fans and the players. And they seem to feed off each other with positive energy.
One of the commentators over here said that we are the best team in the World to use the shift of momentum in a game after we’ve scored a goal.
