Just heard in oz we have been heavily linked with a Jan bid?
Any truth in it?

Is it a case of looking good in a shit team like Foster or would he cut it for us?

Al-Habsi is a good keeper (top 5 in prem IMO), but he won't be overly cheap and there's still much bigger priorities come January.

Al-Habsi is one of the best in the shot-stopping department. Great reflexes. But he always looks a bit jittery in other aspects of his game.

We've been watching Hennessey at Wolves for a while. Of course he let in 5 against Ngoo and co but none were really his fault. Freidel showed it's pretty pointless to go for a genuinely good older keeper unless you're planning to play him. Better to get a young one, play him in the ressies and prepare him for the number one spot in the first team.

did he not kick the ball straight to a liverpool player for one of the goals?

Agreed. I think his mental fortitude might be found out at a club with higher expectations.
