On the contrary, the soviets winning 5-0 has made it really tricky for whomever loses this game today.
Lets say for the sake if argument Egypt lose. Then they will have to BEAT Russia or if they draw they will have to beat the Saudis by 6 or by less than Uraguay beat Russia.

Basically a result THAT big although just three points puts one foot in the next round.

Whichever team loses today will really be in trouble.

My assumption would be Uraguay will take 9 points meaning Egypt will simply have to beat Russia and the Saudis to go through. Russia can afford a draw now
