He is going to Juventus to replace Pirlo who is coming to us to replace Stevie who is going to LA Galaxy to replace whoever is presumably replacing Alonso at Bayern Munich.

I think I would consider if a player is better than I have currently and can he improve the team at this point as we have plenty of young talent.

I do think we need some experience and direction. Pirlo would be great and Milner would add some much needed experience and guile. Pirlo might even help Balotelli play!
