This is if Slot is sacked. We are all hoping he can turn it around but he could be just the Dutch Renieri. So far I have not seen him adjust his tactics or formation to suggest he is learning from the defeats.
 
The only good thing about Slot struggling is the possibility of getting Iraola. I think he's brilliant and I've been worried about one of our rivals getting him for ages.

But he's never managed a big club so it's still basically a punt. But yeah he'd be the one.
 
I only want Klopp back.

Might be a bit too early for Iraola, although the job he's done has been a very good one, it hasn't come unblemished, seem to recall an 11 game winless run. That simply can't happen here.

Glasner's done well, but again, doesn't come across as a nice or relatable guy and after the whole Guehi shenanigans, he can get to fuck.

Sound Klopp out. If not him, then Iraola is the one. I'd only be interested in Klopp if he's willing to give us 3 years+

Doesn't have to be all or nothing. We've played well in maybe a total of 3 games this season. Of the games we've won we probably deserved to beat Athletico, Everton (both by a single goal) and Frankfurt. We scraped through the other wins. All the losses were deserved. It's not just the losses though. The team are being bullied all over the pitch, some don't seem to know where they should be playing and they look totally devoid of energy. I know new players need to settle but half the team won the league last year and all the players look lost out there at times. Losing happens, but we've been mostly garbage since this season.
 
i wanted iraola before we got slot. fabregas intrigues me though, and any chance enrique would be interested?
 
Rumours that Chelsea are close to pulling the trigger on Maresca & Iraola is the one they want.

No doubt Iraola deserves his shot at a big club. I hope we don't leave it too late if he's the one we want. He's the obvious choice.
