sorry guys just realised that’s a subscribe interview
I’m sure it will be out to watch elsewhere soon

“This is super news, really super news,” Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com. “I’m very grateful to everyone at the club for making it happen. We’ve shown decisiveness and ambition in equal measure. Darwin is a wonderful player; already really good but so much potential to get even better. That’s why it’s so exciting, to be honest. His age, his desire, his hunger to be even better than he currently is. His belief in our project and what we are looking to do as a club. He is as excited by us as we are by him, which makes for a great relationship, when you appreciate each other’s strengths. That is certainly the case here. He thinks we suit him and we believe he is the right fit for us – so let’s do it.

He has all the pieces we look for. He can set a tempo, he brings energy, he can threaten space from central and wide areas. He is aggressive and dynamic with his movement. He plays without fear, he’s powerful. I know he will excite our supporters. It’s important we all recognise we are getting a ‘work in progress’ with Darwin. He recognises that himself, for sure. I love how much focus and humility he has.

We have wonderful attacking options already and he becomes part of that now. So there is no pressure on him at all. He signs for a very long time and we intend to nurture his talent and see it grow. He’s the latest addition to the wonderful LFC family and I’m sure our supporters will make him feel at home from the first moment he has the Liver bird on his chest.”

220 games and 60 assists as a full back.

Cant wait for the Robbo - Trent - Darwin link up.

While it may be a bit over the top I must admit, I have to say that Trent is starting to annoy me. It started with that stupid car show thingy with Robbo. He should really concentrate on the footy and shut the fuck up a bit more. Shite performances - and he's had some recently - don't go well with being loud-mouthed.

I get that stupidity of the car thing but it’s sponsors bollocks. We want the money so social media shite like that will follow.

I don’t get the concentrate on footy bit though. He’ll have 2-3 hours training a day so he’s got loads of non football time to earn his wages in.

And most of the team turned to spastics when it came to working to get the ball in the net at times.

Only thing that annoys me about Trent is his tendency to forget he has a man to mark in the box.. and to ALWAYS get something on it.

The last Nunez we signed won the Champions League.. (he thought he could fly)

I like this photo - first of all he doesn’t look like Andy Carroll at all here and it looks like he’s gently holding the liverbird.

The only similarities between the two is that they both have a, n and d in their first name.

Hopefully his football is good enough to prevent him resorting to a celebrity career and a gig on Strictly
