Agger is key

Agger not vocal? I think that casts some doubt on your other claim.

I don't think I've ever seen Agger get vocal on the pitch, Skrtel neither. I don't think even his biggest fans would suggest he does, he might lead by example in other ways, but he's never been a "leader" in that sense.

Really? Exactly when has Agger been vocal on the pitch? In fact that was one of the reason carra got his place back in the team was because neither he or skrtel were showing any leadership skills at the back and neither were vocal if you remember.

No he wasn't he didn't run around like Carra screaming and pulling people.
You're mistaking vocal for screamy

Hyypia was stupidly efficient at knowing what to say and when to say it.

As per Fabs, you asked if Sami was vocal - not whether he screamed and pulled people.

Fuck knows what goes on in that head of yours sometimes.

In that case how the hell can you say that Agger isn't vocal? Because he is.

Because he's not! He doesn't organise the defence at all. I've seen Henderson telling him were to stand for defending throw ins more than I've seem him talk to anyone.

He claps and he shouts on occasionally like a cheer leader. That's not captaining. Same with Gerrard, he's not a captain on the field.
