I was okay with him getting a little more time to turn it around and convert boring draws into wins, but my patience is over. So, not quite any of the options, but still time to go.

I might even consider Gerard as a caretaker, if his best assistants from Rangers could join him.

That could be the reason why Gerrard is on TV.

I don’t think Enrique will be on the market.
Xabi is probably key here and hopefully he is interested to step in mid season.
Would be good for him to get an overview of the squad and get them to start adapting to his ideas.
The worst thing is that I don’t think this squad needs many additions to challenge for the league. Just a better leader/manager and a plug a few holes in the squad.

Xabi was just sacked. Slot, in contrast, has spent a year and a half at LFC and has won the Premier League in that time. As long as Liverpool secures the top four it will be hard to sack Slot. Has another 18 months on his contract. That seems about right.
