He's not played much this year - compared to last year.
Rumors linking him to Barcelona.

Yea I saw the rumours too but didn't he come out with a load of waffle about loving life at city shortly after?

Strange one, maybe he's the new Sane

KDB seemed to avoid saying that he would be playing for Man City next season

Just got in, just seen the score, just watched the highlights.

Just wanna give a big lol at Sterling for that miss, hahahaha

He was the one who ended up with the VAR overturned goal in their quarter against Spurs two seasons back as well. Anlackeeeeee

Both Leipzig and Bayern are hated in Germany, for different reasons. I'd like Leipzig to win it because they play smart progressive football under Nagelsmann and it could be cool for an East German city to have some success for once.

Aren’t they the ultimate plastic club?

That pretty much confirms what I said earlier in the thread. Lovely technique and ball retention (bar the 6-7 times he was fouled and fell) and runs well with the ball, however not ONE of his attempted passes to his strikers came off. A case could be made for 2 assists, however clearly neither was intentional, one to the player in an offside position (who let the ball rune through his legs) and the weak shot at goal that Ederson spilled.

Guardiola specifically wanted Juan Manuel Lillo as his new assistant because he comes up with unusual tactical game plans for particular opponents. After last night one wonders if he really needed someone to push him further in that direction rather than pull him away from it. Hopefully the two of them will over-think and over-complicate their team to practical incoherence next season.
