So that means qualification for Europe will be:

1-5 + Spurs / United - UCL
6 + Palace - Europa
7 Europa Conf

Guardiola is such a sore loser. Rather than congratulate Henderson he couldn't resist saying "You shouldn't have even been on the pitch".
I am a bit confused by that rule, I thought that if the goalkeeper has his legs body inside the box he can touch the ball with hands outside the box. I am sure I have seen this in normal game time. Someone please explain ?

Nope. That's why you see keepers release the ball inside the box before they kick it up the field.

I am sure I have seen instances of it before and nothing was said of it because keeper was standing inside the box but cought ball with out-stretched hands outside of the box. Need to look into this.

You are correct, but it is considered a foul and not a sending off unless of course it wqs deemed a clear cut opportunity, which I do not think it was.

Sorry I think it was clear cut. Haaland would have just gone around the keeper.

Its the other way around. They stand outside the box while holding the ball inside it.

Last competitive game of the season v Palace, at home.

First umm 'competitive, game of next season at (southern) home to Palace

Now, I'm already pleased city and arsenal have won nothing this season.

If I could be a little greedy and ask for a Spurs win v Man u
And city to come outside top 5
Then pls make it happen!

No.. Keeper can have his legs outside the box when his hand is touching the ball as long as the ball is inside the box

I admittedly can count on one hand the number of non-premier league matches I watched (unless it involves us) this season, so maybe someone else can tell me why we're apparently looking at Wirtz for twice the amount of Eze's reported release clause? Been so impressed with him this year.

Congrats Palace... we all knew they had a legit chance to win based on their form and how tough they typically play City, and they executed their plan well. Spurs have been the Mancs every time they've played them this season... let's see if they can keep that going mid-week.

Here's hoping. They've got a right job on without Kulusevski and Maddison but I can see Solanke giving the Mancs' CBs a hard time.

It was clear cut. Palace got away with it. Haalands boot was getting there. They mentioned the defender, but Haaland would have at least had a shot at an empty net.
