I wont be able to find the quotes. But Wolsfurg chief said 'they dont wanna sell at all.' and that is why the price being quoted is enormously high. Also Liverpool echo reported that he is unlikely target and in echo the price quoted was 30m. I dont think our committee will pay such an amount for an unproven player
Wolfsburg are loaded and want CL qualification. They're signing quality players and are targeting the likes of Morata and Mandzukic etc. They want crazy money for Rodriguez.
I've been impressed by Rojo. Would be happy with him. Moreno looks good going forward but awful when defending.

I love the way people aren't sold on moreno because of his defensive ability yet Glen Johnson has got a pass for that nigh on every season he's been with us
That's because in the games where he can actually be bothered, he's pretty alright at it.

He has gotten a lot of crap for his useless defending on here though.

I suppose the argument with the RB situation is we have Johnson, Flanagan, Kelly and Wisdom for that position, with McLaughlin coming through (eventually), whereas we just have Enrique for LB with a few others who can fill in.
I don't necessarily subscribe to that argument myself, but there you go. I think we need reinforcements both sides.
I think we will, I think this is his thinking - Flanno to pressure Johnson for the right back spot and for us to buy a left back, because we obviously can't rely on Enrique being fit.
Whether you like him or not we have Johnson/Flanagan at RB and Enrique/Flanagan at LB. If Enrique becomes another Sicknote then we are in the shit. Buying for RB means we still have to buy a LB, but not vice versa.
It's quite possible that we will see this as first choice by mid-end of the season though I'd expect Johnson/Enrique to start :
Flanagan - Skrtel - Sakho - New LB
(Johnson) (New CB) (Enrique)
I'd adore him, but he seems to be nailed on for arsenal.
