There is that limitation. But he scored 16 in all competitions last year for us, when he actually got on the pitch more.

20 is too low a bar for a new striker that is likely to be a club record fee when our current misfiring club record striker is in that ballpark.

Edit: unless the target is 20 in the league. But no one "flukes" their way to 20 in the league.
