Where is the shit on Trent thread?
It got locked because apparently a few people were moaning to a mod, and it had run its course.

Remember we had Carragher he was shy of 6ft. Jo is also 6ft, there was one season he was the second best defender in the league. Guehi is a decent defender and if we can get him for £35-40m, then we've done well. We all know Konate cannot play too many back-2-back games.
Even 45 million would be great business. Guehi is premier league proven with over 250 appearances. He’s a captain too and probably England’s best centre back last year at the euros.
I wonder if he can play as a defensive full-back on occasion? He’s more than decent on the ball. Basically he would step into the Gomez role.
He’s played full-back before for palace so can’t see why not. He’s got that Matip about him coming out with the ball too. It’s a no brainier. I think Gomez will stay too but he’ll be obviously down the pecking order if we sign Guehi.
I didn't really think we needed any CMs tbh. With wirtz coming in we've got overwhelming depth for the 3 in midfield. Hopefully endo is given more minutes to give gravy a rest
